Fall Save the Dates: 

Annual Appalachian Fall Fest | Oct. 1, 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.

Head over to the Tygart Lake Lodge this week and check out the annual Appalachian Fall Festival. This one-day event is filled with craft shows, hayrides, apple butter making, and more! Enter with free admission and participate in all the fun activities this year’s festival has to offer. The event isn’t just a fall fest, it is also a fundraiser for Tygart Lake State Park Foundation (TLSP), so come support local artisans and TLSP in this fall fundraising event.

Halloween Mayhem Car Show | Oct. 22

Lizards Dezigns and Pine Peaks Boutique are putting on the local car show of the year in Grafton. This Halloween car show fits the theme of the spooky season! Enter one of your hot rods or antique cars for a chance to win prizes and awards. If you’re a car lover, take a look at all the entered cars while enjoying a variety of food and raffles.

Trunk or Treat | Oct. 21, 6 p.m.

Taylor County Communities in Schools is hosting a Trunk or Treat at Taylor County Middle School (TCMS) this October. Enjoy a family-friendly night of fun and games while wearing your best costume. Don’t forget to see how your favorite area teachers decorated their cars for Halloween. There will be concessions available, and proceeds will go to Support TCMS sports. Don’t miss the community-wide Halloween night of fun.
